I talked last week about the possibility of Xiaomi, the successful Chinese firm after MIUI, to enter androids in the Tablet market with a model of seven inches and low cost.
As well, it seems that Xiaomi guys were very seriously, as the device would be ready to hit the market in August, although not be have much crushing the silly for naming: Xiaomi MiPad.
The starting price will be more than attractive, 125 euros, and it would come on 16 August to the shelves of their country of origin, so it seems that low-cost Tablet market will receive an injection with an interesting device in your specifications.
Apparently, the MiPad would come with a 7 inch screen resolution unknown, although it is probably sufficiently high, given its hardware platform, a MediaTek MT8125 chipset having a four core processor Cortex-A7 at 1.5 GHz and a GPU PowerVR SGX 544, ensuring capacity to move a good pixel density.
Tablet would also have connectivity complete up to HSPA +, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and FM Radio, although it is unknown the memory configuration.
The operating system would bring good news, it seems that it will install 4.2 Android Jelly Bean Since its launch, but masked as it could not be otherwise for a version adapted to the big screen of MIUI 5.
An interesting device that reach our market to that price, would have success secured among other similar prices and doubtful quality tablets. Unfortunately, It is likely to not get here, at least in an official way.
