Emory University has a curriculum based on 4
phases: Foundations, Applications, Discovery (a supervised project),
and Translation. Patient contact is begun during the first month;
students enter the Applications phase in March of year 2. A society
system provides for close student/faculty interaction over the
entire 4 years, emphasizing professional development and life-long
learning. |
